ViewThrough LLC provides done-for-you cinematic walkthrough videos, social media reels, photo enhancements, virtual staging, and related marketing assets for real estate listings. Services are delivered based on the package, turnaround time, and deliverables described on our Pricing and Order pages.

We produce videos using the listing photos, descriptions, and brand materials you provide. While we aim for a 24-hour turnaround on standard packages, delivery times may vary depending on order volume, file quality, revision requests, and other factors outside our control.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including the listing photos and details necessary for us to complete the work. Fees are charged as described at checkout. You are responsible for paying all applicable charges, taxes, and fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, incomplete submissions, or suspected fraud.

4. Revisions and refunds

Revision policies are described in your selected package. We work to deliver videos you are happy with, but refunds are generally not provided once production has begun or final deliverables have been delivered, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual property and content rights

You retain ownership of the original photos, logos, and brand materials you provide. ViewThrough LLC retains ownership of the editing, motion design, and production work we create, and grants you a license to use the final deliverables for marketing the specific listing or your real estate business, subject to the terms of your package.

You represent that you have the right to use and share all materials you submit to us, and that those materials do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or illegal information
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights
• Interfere with the operation of our website or systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
• Use final deliverables for unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive purposes
